16:21 < tez-43950> Domain registrars/registries should NOT be involved in policing this as a domain name cannot be used for criminal purposes - records in that domain can be used to *point* at hosting resources used for criminal purposes but pulling a domain just for one malicious record may have unwanted effects on the legitimate users of that domain...
16:22 < tez-43950> There was a tremendous ruckus amongst Nominet (.uk) members when this was floated to the members a year or so ago.
16:22 < murb> tez-43950: that gets very old, 3 months to get law enorcement to take down a copy of $clients legit pharamarcy website, leaseweb could have pulled it in 5 minutes.

16:25 < tez-43950> I think something along the lines of a Stopbadware style list which browsers can use… but with a different message indicating to users that the content has been reported as illegal and that they proceed at their own risk.
